The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 2, Section 1, after the article heading, by striking the following: "§31A-4A-1. Conversion of national bank into state bank authorized." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
" §31A-4A-1. Conversion of national bank, thrift or credit union into state bank authorized."
